Super Easy Super Yummy Turkey Chili

It's starting to cool off a bit in Nashville. And by cooling off I mean mid 80's instead of upper 90's...haha. One of my favorite recipes to make in the fall, well actually anytime is a super easy, super yummy Turkey Chili. I do not consider myself a cook, but I took a stab at it, and I think it paid off. So here you have super easy, super yummy turkey chili!

Super Easy Super Yummy Turkey Chili

1 lb Ground Turkey
½ an Onion chopped
1 28oz can of Diced Tomatoes
1 15oz can of Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 15oz can of Corn (drained)

Chili Seasoning:
1 Tbs Paprika
2 ½ tsp Seasoning Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper (Add more Cayenne for a kick)
1 tsp Pepper
½ tsp Dried Thyme
½ tsp Dried Oregano

In a large pan add turkey and onion, and cook until meat is cooked through and onions are soft (about 5-6 minutes). Add chili seasoning,cooking for an additional minute. Add tomatoes, black beans, and corn, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve with a piece of sprouted grain toast
